Three cushion shaped bright green emeralds measure 2.75 to 3.00 by 2.50 millimetres. The four old mine cut diamonds measure 2.00x2.00 millimetres. Note: it appears this item has been repaired earlier and has a minor amount of lead solder which is common for its age.

The brooch measures approximately 37x31 millimetres.
