Yes! There's plenty of parking options in front of our store & an undercover Secure Parking facility across from us with up to 2 hours free. There's also street parking within the surrounding area and a parking block along MacArthur Ave that's a 4 minute walk away. Just search for Dock A Car Park.
No, you don’t - we welcome walk ins! However, it is always best to make an appointment to ensure the right expert is available for you if you have a specific enquiry. Visit us Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm or on the weekend 9am to 3:30pm.
Our jewellery is sourced and created with sustainability at its heart. We specialise in restoring vintage and second-hand pieces, extending their life and preserving their original craftsmanship. When we create new designs, we use recycled precious metals and considered sourcing practices to minimise our environmental footprint without compromising on quality or beauty.
Imperial Jewellery Products
In the description section of every item listed there is the item condition. Please see below for the definitions of the condition.
As New – our expert jewellers have buffed & polished (and repaired if needed) the piece of jewellery so it looks as good, if not better, as the day it was made!
Vintage – our expert jewellers have buffed & polished (and repaired if needed) the piece of jewellery so it looks almost perfect but may show ever so slight, almost unnoticeable, minimal wear or small imperfections.
Antique – our expert jewellers have carefully buffed & polished (and repaired if needed) the piece of jewellery where they can. In some cases, these pieces of jewellery may be well over 100 years old so please expect some imperfections given their age.
Second Hand – this refers to the watches in our collection. They are pre-owned, are in good order, and are in working condition at time of sale.

Generally, most of our rings can be resized (within limitations that the ring may impose).
Ring re-sizing is complimentary (yay!) up to three sizes up or down. If the ring needs resizing more than 3 sizes we will need to quote. Please email if you need to obtain a quote.
Resizing will generally take 5-7 business days depending on the workload of our jeweller. If you need the item urgently we offer an express resize service that incurs an additional $30AUD fee for a resize completion within 1-2days. Please contact us directly if you require this service.

Orders & shipping
Simply add your selection/s to the cart and follow the prompts to check out. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and AfterPay. We also accept bank transfer which does not incur a surcharge. Select ‘bank transfer’ when choosing a payment method. There's also longer payment options including Imperial Lay-By.
You can either create an account with us which helps you to track your past orders and also so you don’t have to enter your details each time you place an order (we're confident that once you start you’ll never be able to stop!). There's also the Vintage Collective that you can join where you can accrue Imperial Points for every jewel you purchase which can be turned into credit - and that's just one of the benefits! Once you have checked out and made payment you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Don’t forget to check your junk mail if you think you have not received our confirmation email. When your item has been dispatched you will receive another email with the tracking number that you will then be able to track your purchase with the nominated delivery company.
Yes, we do! We can organise a personalised Lay-By tailored to you. We request a minimum non-refundable deposit of 20% of the purchase price followed by weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments for up to three to six months depending on the purchase amount. You learn more about Lay-By here or please get in touch with us if you have any questions.
We also have After Pay for amounts up to $2,000 or Humm flexible finance for amounts over this.
Domestic: If you place your order before 11am we endeavour to dispatch your purchase the same day once payment is cleared and the delivery address is verified. However, sometimes this may not be the case so please allow 1-2days for dispatch. We ship all of our domestic parcels out via free express post so you should expect to receive your item in approximately 2-3 business days from time of purchase if you live in a metro area. Please allow an extra day for rural. If you need an item urgently give us a call on 07 3852 2997 and we’ll do our very best to get it in the post before our courier collects.
International: Your order will be sent by DHL express. Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch.
NB: If paying by bank transfer we will not dispatch the goods until payment has been received.
If you have requested a resize or alteration of a piece these time frames will be incorrect.

Our items are shipped inside a plain box and our return address references our parent company, Master Metals Exchange (MMX).
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, of course! We understand that buying jewellery online can be a little daunting so we offer the below options if the items are unworn & returned in their original condition including all packaging.
Jewellery - Online Purchases
The great news is, in the unlikely event that you do not love jewel as much as we do, we offer you 3 days from delivery to notify us that you would like to return your jewel via our email hello@imperialjewelley.com.au, and you then have 14 days to return the jewel to us from the date of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a full refund or credit note, your jewellery must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the goods, and once it has passed all of the above conditions we will action a full refund or a credit, whichever you prefer. This return policy applies to full priced jewellery.
If your jewellery was purchased at a discounted or sale price, we offer a credit note valid for one year. Please note that if your ring(s) have been resized, or if any jewellery has been customised or modified in any way, we do not offer refunds or credit notes.

Jewellery - Instore Purchases
If your jewel was bought in-store at any of our three locations we offer you 3 days from purchase to notify us that you would like to return your jewel via our email hello@imperialjewelley.com.au, and you have 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a credit note. We do not provide a refund on in-store purchases for change of mind however, we are happy to offer a credit note valid for two years. To be eligible for a credit note, your jewellery must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the goods, and once it has passed all of the above conditions we will action a credit note.
Watch Purchases
Please note all watch sales are final and cannot be refunded, online or instore, however, we will happily exchange or provide a credit note valid for 2 years. We offer you 3 days from purchase to notify us that you would like to return your watch via our email hello@imperialjewelley.com.au, and you have 7 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a credit note. To be eligible for a credit note, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the goods, and once it has passed all of the above conditions we will action a credit note or exchange.
Custom Orders
We sure do! Our in-house jewellery designer, master jewellers and gemmologists can help make your jewellery dreams come true. You can even bring any of your unworn jewellery to recycle and reuse into your custom-make and offset some costs. If you’re in Brisbane, please call 3852 2997 or book design consultation here!
Generally, our custom jewels take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to finish from design to manufacture, though this timeframe can vary. Do let us know if you need it in a hurry and we'll move mountains. Once we have finalised the design, we'll be able to provide a more accurate date for collection or delivery.
Yes! Very simply we request a non-refundable 50% initial deposit and full payment to be completed within 3 months of the initial deposit. Please email hello@imperialjewelley.com.au for further information.
