Jewellery - Online Purchases
The great news is, in the unlikely event that you do not love jewel as much as we do, we offer you 3 days from delivery to notify us that you would like to return your jewel via our email hello@imperialjewelley.com.au, and you then have 14 days to return the jewel to us from the date of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a full refund or credit note, your jewellery must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the goods, and once it has passed all of the above conditions we will action a full refund or a credit, whichever you prefer. This return policy applies to full priced jewellery.
If your jewellery was purchased at a discounted or sale price, we offer a credit note valid for one year. Please note that if your ring(s) have been resized, or if any jewellery has been customised or modified in any way, we do not offer refunds or credit notes.

If your jewel was bought in-store at any of our locations, we offer you 3 days from purchase to notify us that you would like to return your jewel via our email hello@imperialjewelley.com.au, and you have 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a credit note. We do not provide a refund on in-store purchases for change of mind; however, we are happy to offer a credit note valid for one year. To be eligible for a credit note, your jewellery must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the goods, and once it has passed all of the above conditions we will action a credit note.

Watch Purchases
Please note all watch sales are final and cannot be refunded, online or instore, however, we will happily exchange or provide a credit note valid for 2 years. We offer you 3 days from purchase to notify us that you would like to return your jewel via our email hello@imperialjewelley.com.au, and you have 7 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a credit note. To be eligible for a credit note, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the goods, and once it has passed all of the above conditions we will action a credit note or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund on sale items or gift cards. If the jewel/s you purchased were at a discounted/sale price we offer only a credit note with one year to use. If your ring/s were resized or the jewellery was customised or modified in any way we do not offer any refunds or credit notes.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
