The centre round, light blue Ceylon type sapphire measures 3.50 millimetres and is estimated to weigh 0.22 carats. The four old cut diamonds are estimated to weigh 0.30 carats, are I to K colour and SI to P1 clarity grades.
Note: the sapphire shows signs of wear consistent with age.
