The central oval blue sapphire measures approximately 4.2x3.5 millimetres. The side oval blue sapphires measure 3.1x2.4 millimetres. One white sapphire measures 2.3 millimetres. The old cut diamond measures 2.4 millimetres. Gems tones have some minot abrasion, consitant with age and wear.
