The Lilianna Ring Gem Details
The central round deep dark blue sapphire measures 4.50 millimetres. The ten old cut diamonds are estimated to weigh 0.50 carats, are F to J colour and P1 to P2 clarity. Note: as these are vintage/antique diamonds, some of them display signs of wear or chipping.
