Crafted in 9 carat yellow gold, this darling vintage pendant is a heart-shaped padlock with intricate screw-top engravings on one side and a high polish finish on the other, threaded on a 9 carat gold fine cable chain. We have named this lovely piece The Zoe Pendant & Chain. She evokes strong feelings of protective love as she rests gently on your chest, close to the heart.
