Forged in 9 carat yellow gold, this adorable vintage pendant, circa 1990s, is in the shape of a puffed open-pattern heart and articulates from a hoop threaded with a fine beaded chain. We have named this lovely vintage piece The Elyse Pendant & Chain. She is perfect to wear every day rests comfortably close to the heart.
